Ingredients
10 ounces raw wild salmon, sashimi grade
4 cups wild arugula
20 cherries, pitted and halved
1 cup blueberries
1 ripe avocado
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Cut salmon into bit sited pieces
Divide arugula in half and place on two plates
Add salmon, cherries, blueberries, avocado
Drizzle oil on top
