For the once in a while treat, a homemade sorbet using raw honey and a touch of vodka for texture is a perfectly Paleo option. Vary the fruit based on the season and where you live to create your own favorite rendition.
Ingredients
24 ounces fruit (try mango or cherry)
3 tablespoons raw honey
½ teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon vodka
Instructions
Puree fruit
Add honey, lemon juice and vodka
Whisk to combine
Cover tightly and chill in the refrigerator for 4 - 6 hours
Process in ice cream maker
