Cool as A Cucumber Summer Soup

Serves: 2-4 servings
- 1 large cucumber, peeled
- 2 cups homemade bone broth, chilled
- 1 large, ripe avocado
- 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- ¼ cup loosely packed cilantro, few sprigs reserved for garnish
- Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender
- Whiz to combine until consistency is uniform
- Pour into bowls and top with cilantro sprigs
