Ingredients
  • 1 pound 100% grass fed filet mignon
  • 4 quail eggs (optional)
  • Black Truffle oil
  • 1 Tbsp red onion, minced
  • Parsley, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Finely mince beef with chef's knife
  2. Portion onto four plates
  3. Crack open egg on top of each portion
  4. Drizzle oil on top
  5. Scatter onion and parsley on top
