Another perfect example of letting the true flavor of foods speak for themselves. No need for a bottled dressing or canned dip when you can whip this up in no time flat!
Ingredients
  • 1 large red bell pepper, roasted over a flame, cooled and peeled
  • 1 garlic clove, smashed
  • ½ cup raw sprouted walnuts
  • 2 small plum tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • Juice from ½ small lemon
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine everything in Vitamin or high speed blender.
  2. Whiz to combine and serve as a dip for crudites, a sauce for a hearty, white fish, such as sword fish or a marinade for pasture raised chicken.
