Remember the McDonald’s Runner?

A post I did a few weeks back about a runner who chooses to eat only items (sorry, I can't call them food) from McDonald's as part of his mission to raise funds for charity, ran his last marathon with a time of 2:36.

Obviously an impressive time, and done with good intentions… BUT if he's doing a 2:36 on that 'stuff', what would he do if he ran using clean Paleo fuel?  And he could still run for charity… 

Just sayin'…
