Today’s Healthy Holiday Tip…

Don't wait until New Year's Day to start an exercise regime.  DO IT NOW!  Starting off (or ending, depending on your schedule!) with a good workout will not only boost your spirits even more during this festive time of year, it will also feed your motivation to make better food choices than you might if you were sitting around sedentary all the time.  Get out for a brisk walk in the crisp winter air, take the kids snow shoeing or hit the X Country slopes.  Whatever you do, find something you like and then MOVE!
