- 1 small heirloom cantaloupe, cubed
- 1 large peach, cubed
- ¼ small red onion, diced
- 1 small lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
- Freshly ground black pepper, or cayenne for heat, to taste
- Mix all together in ceramic or glass bowl.
- Tightly cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
