A fresh piece of wild salmon needs just a touch of...nothing! It really doesn't get any easier than this. An array of fresh or dried herbs and spices can be used, but give it a try and see how delicious it really tastes as is!
Ingredients
1 pound fresh wild salmon fillet, skin on
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 F
Place salmon skin side up in glass or ceramic baking dish
Cook 15 - 20 minutes until cooked to your preferred level of doneness
Enjoy on a bed of mixed greens with some avocado
