Too simple for a recipe? Not necessarily. It's very easy to over or under do it. This method renders a perfectly runny on the inside, firm on the outside, egg every time!
Ingredients
2 cage free eggs (the more fresh, the better!)
Instructions
Pour two inches of water into a stainless pot
Put egg in
Bring to boil
Set timer for six minutes
Remove from water and let sit one minute
Crack shell open with side of spoon
Scoop out and enjoy as is, over fresh greens, or mixed with a banana if you're just back from a workout
