Ingredients
4 fresh mission figs
2 ounces roast pastured pork tenderloin, sliced very thin into eight pieces
Freshly ground nutmeg, to taste
Parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Wash and halve figs
Layer one half of a fig, followed by one piece of pork, then another half and another piece of pork
Repeat with remaining figs
Sprinkle with nutmeg, to taste
Garnish with parsley sprig
