Kale Berry Smoothie

Being the die-hard kale lover that I am, I simply cannot get enough of the stuff! Here's a great way to get it in whether you're on the go...or trying to sneak it in to your kids meal!
Ingredients
1 cup frozen organic berries
6 big leaves fresh organic kale, washed
½ medium organic avocado
2 soft-boiled six-minute free-range eggs (or fresh, raw, local... if you're comfortable)
8 ounces water or chilled, brewed herbal tea
Turmeric, optional, to taste
Cinnamon, optional, to taste
Orange wedge, for garnish
Instructions
Whiz together in a blender until well combined
Add ice if you prefer a more frothy consistency
Add turmeric (natural anti inflammatory) and cinnamon if you wish
Garnish with orange wedge
