This light relish is the perfect addition to a light meal to add flavor and zing. Try it on top of grilled white fish.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons toasted walnuts
1 tablespoon orange zest
¼ cup fresh mint leaves, plus two leaves reserved for garnish
1 clove raw garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
cayenne pepper, optional
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in mini-prep food processor and pulse until well combined. Place in small bowl with reserved mint leaves as garnish and serve with fresh fish or poultry.
