Ingredients
1 large red bell pepper, roasted over a flame, cooled and peeled
1 garlic clove, smashed
½ cup raw sprouted walnuts
2 small plum tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Juice from ½ small lemon
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Combine everything in Vitamin or high speed blender.
Whiz to combine and serve as a dip for crudites, a sauce for a hearty, white fish, such as sword fish or a marinade for pasture raised chicken.
