Ingredients
  • 2 beets (save greens for a saute later!)
  • 1 " fresh ginger root
  • ½ bunch fresh kale
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 small ripe avocado
  • Ice
Instructions
  1. Throw it all in the Vitamin and whiz until desired consistency is reached, adding ice depending on desired frothiness.
