Frozen Banana Coconut Purée

- 2 large, ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons raw coconut butter at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons natural, shredded coconut
- Freshly ground cinnamon, to taste
- Combine bananas and coconut butter in mini food processor
- Add vanilla
- Whiz to combine
- Divide into four ramekins
- Place in freezer just long enough to get frosty, roughly 15 minutes
- Top with shredded coconut and cinnamon
- Enjoy
