Ingredients
1 bunch asparagus
2 tablespoons duck fat or coconut oil
Himalayan Salt, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450
Rinse asparagus
Toss asparagus with fat
Roast in glass or ceramic pan 10 minutes, flipping once or twice
Remove from oven and sprinkle with salt
