Ingredients
Eggplant, Sliced
Onion, Sliced
Bell Peppers, Sliced
Cherry Tomato
Your choice of health cooking fat (pasture fed lard, grass fed tallow or coconut oil), at room temp (roughly ΒΌ cup fat per 1 cup sliced veggies)
Instructions
Heat outdoor grill
Combine fat with veggies
Cook until browned and soft, flipping once
