There's no easier answer for on the go than a smoothie, and if you whip it up at home, you can easily balance out the small amount of fruit sugar from mega healthy blueberries with a variety of good smoothie-centric fats. Try avocado for a most delicious mouth feel!
Ingredients
2 handfuls of your favorite fresh, organic leafy greens
1 medium avocado
Brewed, Chilled herbal or green tea or bone broth
1 cup fresh organic blueberries
2 soft boiled eggs, chilled
Mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
Throw first five ingredients into the Vitamix
Add ice if desired
Garnish with mint
Optional- add in your choice of extras: turmeric, cacao nibs, fresh ginger and ground cinnamon
