Ingredients
1 pound wild, sashimi grade ahi steak
2 Tablespoons coconut oil
4 cups mixed wild lettuces, washed and spun dry
1 large heirloom carrot, shredded
Olive Oil
Himalyan Salt
Instructions
Slice Ahi in half horizontally
Heat oil in skillet over medium high
Sear one minute then flip and sear one minute longer, then place on plate
Divide lettuces in half and portion onto two plates
Add carrot
Optional - slice Ahi and arrange on and around lettuce
Pass olive oil and salt for serving
