Pasture Fed Chicken and Kosher Salt is all it takes to create the most savory, juicy chicken you've ever eaten, using only two ingredients!
Ingredients
  • 1 pasture-fed chicken, rinsed and patted dry
  • Kosher salt
  • Optional: Fresh herbs of your choosing such as basil, rosemary and oregano
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 450F
  2. Truss chicken using twine or the chicken's own skin
  3. Place bird breast side down and sprinkle salt on top of back
  4. Cook for 30 minutes, flip over and sprinkle salt on breast
  5. Cook 45 minutes until temperature = 150F
  6. Remove from chicken and rest on plate under foil until temperature = 160F
