Navigating a Labor BBQ couldn't be easier then heading to the grill and cooking up some veggies and grass fed flank. Just be sure to remember to cook it slightly less than grain-fed to keep it nice and juicy!
Ingredients
1 pound grass fed flank
Kosher Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Assorted Lettuces
Olive Oil
Instructions
Pat flank steak dry and sprinkle salt and pepper over both sides, then rub in
Roll up and place in tightly sealed plastic bag
Refrigerate 12 hours and remove 30 minutes prior to cooking
Grill 1 minute on each side over high heat, depending on preferred level of doneness
Remove from heat and rest under foil tent 15 minutes
Serve with assorted lettuces drizzled with olive oil
