Anytime we eat in-season, local fruit, we are getting the best of the best. Take naturally sweet, ripe and juicy peaches to the next level by roasting them to bring out their flavor with coconut oil to add an extra level of decadence!
Ingredients
2 ripe, organic peaches
½ cup coconut oil
optional: coconut cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450
Cut peaches in half
Pour coconut oil on baking sheet lined with parchment
Place peaches, cut side down on sheet
Roast 20 minutes, then serve warm with optional coconut cream
