Ingredients
16 oz chilled, full- fat homemade pasture-fed chicken bone broth
8 oz fresh coconut milk*
1 tsp powdered turmeric
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
Instructions
Scoop gelatinous chicken bone broth into blender
Pour in coconut milk
Add turmeric and ginger
Blend to combine, adding ice to create your optimal level of frothiness
Sprinkle salt on top
*if fresh coconut milk is not available, make your own using melted coconut butter mixed with water. Avoid using canned as it is often high in inflammatory additives, such as guar gum.
