Who ever said bone broth had to be boring? While nells bone broth is certainly lovely enough to drink independently, it can also be used as a base to create something else. Pick and choose your favorite veggies, whatever may be in season and see what you come up with in no time flat!
Ingredients
32 ounces freshly made organic, grass-fed / pasture raised bone broth
2 cups steamed, in season veggies
Optional:
Freshly Sliced Avocado
Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
Shredded Romaine Lettuce
Instructions
Simmer bone broth in pot over medium flame
Pour into blender with freshly steamed, still warm veggies
Puree until well combined
Pour into four mason jars
Top with your choice of accoutrements
