Bone broth needn't be consumed only hot; what better base for a nutrient dense smoothie than the golden panacea itself - bone broth! The banana makes a great carb choice if you've just worked out, while the fat from the nuts balances out your macros.
Ingredients
  • 16 oz chicken lemongrass bone broth
  • ½ ripe frozen, sliced banana
  • 2 oz raw, sprouted almonds (or walnuts)
  • 2 soft boiled pasture raised eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Raw Cacao Nibs
  • Himalayan Salt, to taste
  • *Optional : throw in a handful of your favorite organic, leafy greens
Instructions
  1. Blend all in Vitamix
  2. Pour into two glasses
  3. Enjoy!
