“The attitude of gratitude” is a great way of approaching your exercise, whatever it is that you love doing.  Regardless of whether  you happen to swim, bike and run, or play tennis, soccer or ultimate frisbee, Cross Fit, Jazzercise, aerobics class or just going for a walk, as long as you’re moving that body you have , you’re taking advantage of the gift of having a body that can move.  Doing so with keep you young and healthy.  It is that simple.
