Voluminous Vegetables

Every meal starts with veggies!  Think in terms of first veggies, then some protein and then some healthy fat and you’ll have a winning and easy to follow formula for creating balanced Paleo meals.  Yes, you should eat broccoli for breakfast and some kale with your lunch and some rapini with your dinner.  And more during snacks in between.  Veggies provide about seven times the fiber found in ‘enriched’ grain products, with none of their awful side effects.  Just remember, nothing white…except cauliflower!
