As a Nutritionist, Food Coach, Author and Speaker, I use a simple, straightforward approach to guide clients along their own personal path toward feeling the best they’ve ever felt, through eating and moving.
Making a shift in how you’ve been eating for years in order to address a health issue or create an effective weight loss plan has never been easy and with all the erroneous information at our fingertips these days, it’s even more challenging.
For over 25 years, my clients have ranged from individuals to large groups in a corporate settings and from moms trying to lose post baby weight to athletes training for their first ironman triathlon.
By developing practical strategies to create effective, lasting results particular to each client’s goals, the supportive approach blends teaching the why with implementing the how, factoring in travel schedules, dining out for work and how to plan for even the most exhaustive of training routines.
In addition to my private nutrition coaching practice, I am a speaker, featured four times on the Dr. Oz show as a nutrition expert, and in various publications, including numerous online and print publications.
I lead monthly workshops in Los Angeles, and facilitates personal workshops designed for moms, couples, foodies and athletes!
My credentials include a BS in Exercise Physiology from USC, Exercise Physiologist Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine and culinary school training.
I’ve written five books on healthy eating and cooking and am a competitive ironman triathlete.
