Absolutely. Why not go back to basics and rely on real foods which are rich in fats to fill the gap between meals without taking you out of keto? Enter the avocado… plus caviar. Rich in monounsaturated fats and DHA, respectively, this fat-bomb of a snack is made in a jiffy and ridiculously enjoyable!
  • 1 large, ripe organic avocado
  • 2 Tablespoons roe from wild salmon
  • 1 small key lime, juiced
  1. Halve avocado
  2. Scoop out pit and discard
  3. Place 1 T roe in each half
  4. Squeeze lime on top
  5. Enjoy with a spoon
