Bitter Greens + Tomato Summer Salad

  • 4 cups Dandelion Greens
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 - 3 T Cold Pressed, Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 large, ripe Avocado
  • Pink Peppercorns
  • Optional:
  • Chopped Fennel
  • Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  1. Wash and spin dry the dandelion greens
  2. Wash and halve tomatoes
  3. Toss with olive oil
  4. Add avocado on top
  5. Sprinkle freshly topped fennel and lemon juice to taste
