New Year’s Day Alaskan King Crab Legs

Crab has long been a staple of many a New Year’s Day Feast.  This Paleoista preparation kills two birds with one stone by making use of that last 1/2 bottle of Champers that was leftover from the celebration last night! Ingredients

  • Raw garlic, crushed
  • Leftover Champagne
  • Lemon- juiced
  • 1 pound Alaskan King Crab Legs


  1. Combine in large stock pot and  bring to a boil.
  2. Add crab legs and place a lid on top.
  3. Cook for 4 minutes.
  4. Remove meat from shells then serve on a bed of your favourite greens
