  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon sumac
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • dash cayenne pepper
  1. Combine all in spice blender and whiz to combine
  2. Store in airtight container
  3. Try on fish, veggies, salads or make into a dry rub for steak!
