In a matter of minutes, you can create a simple, Paleo salad with many of the local summer favorites available at your farmer's market! Change the fish and produce to match what you find in your neighborhood.
  • 10 ounces raw wild salmon, sashimi grade
  • 4 cups wild arugula
  • 20 cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  1. Cut salmon into bit sited pieces
  2. Divide arugula in half and place on two plates
  3. Add salmon, cherries, blueberries, avocado
  4. Drizzle oil on top
