There's no easier answer for on the go than a smoothie, and if you whip it up at home, you can easily balance out the small amount of fruit sugar from mega healthy blueberries with a variety of good smoothie-centric fats. Try avocado for a most delicious mouth feel!
  • 2 handfuls of your favorite fresh, organic leafy greens
  • 1 medium avocado
  • Brewed, Chilled herbal or green tea or bone broth
  • 1 cup fresh organic blueberries
  • 2 soft boiled eggs, chilled
  • Mint leaves, for garnish
  1. Throw first five ingredients into the Vitamix
  2. Add ice if desired
  3. Garnish with mint
  4. Optional- add in your choice of extras: turmeric, cacao nibs, fresh ginger and ground cinnamon
