Veggies, Wild Protein and Fat- it really doesn't get much easier than this! Source whatever type of wild, local fish you can find wherever you are and you'll not only land on the freshest flavor imaginable, you'll be kind to Mother Earth, too!
  • 1 pound wild, sashimi grade ahi steak
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut oil
  • 4 cups mixed wild lettuces, washed and spun dry
  • 1 large heirloom carrot, shredded
  • Olive Oil
  • Himalyan Salt
  1. Slice Ahi in half horizontally
  2. Heat oil in skillet over medium high
  3. Sear one minute then flip and sear one minute longer, then place on plate
  4. Divide lettuces in half and portion onto two plates
  5. Add carrot
  6. Optional - slice Ahi and arrange on and around lettuce
  7. Pass olive oil and salt for serving
