If you're thinking hot bone broth is the only way to drink the golden elixir, it's time to get creative. Blend it up cold with some fresh coconut milk for a refreshingly light, thirst quenching concoction, perfect for post recovery or a hot summer's day.
  • 16 oz chilled, full- fat homemade pasture-fed chicken bone broth
  • 8 oz fresh coconut milk*
  • 1 tsp powdered turmeric
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  1. Scoop gelatinous chicken bone broth into blender
  2. Pour in coconut milk
  3. Add turmeric and ginger
  4. Blend to combine, adding ice to create your optimal level of frothiness
  5. Sprinkle salt on top
  6. *if fresh coconut milk is not available, make your own using melted coconut butter mixed with water. Avoid using canned as it is often high in inflammatory additives, such as guar gum.
