Sweet & savory, crisp and refreshing, this recipe works well as a salsa with crudite or atop a spicy, fresh, grilled fish or chicken.
  • 1 small heirloom cantaloupe, cubed
  • 1 large peach, cubed
  • ¼ small red onion, diced
  • 1 small lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
  • Freshly ground black pepper, or cayenne for heat, to taste
  1. Mix all together in ceramic or glass bowl.
  2. Tightly cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
