Being the die-hard kale lover that I am, I simply cannot get enough of the stuff! Here's a great way to get it in whether you're on the go...or trying to sneak it in to your kids meal!
  • 1 cup frozen organic berries
  • 6 big leaves fresh organic kale, washed
  • ½ medium organic avocado
  • 2 soft-boiled six-minute free-range eggs (or fresh, raw, local... if you're comfortable)
  • 8 ounces water or chilled, brewed herbal tea
  • Turmeric, optional, to taste
  • Cinnamon, optional, to taste
  • Orange wedge, for garnish
  1. Whiz together in a blender until well combined
  2. Add ice if you prefer a more frothy consistency
  3. Add turmeric (natural anti inflammatory) and cinnamon if you wish
  4. Garnish with orange wedge
