A fresh piece of wild salmon needs just a touch of...nothing! It really doesn't get any easier than this. An array of fresh or dried herbs and spices can be used, but give it a try and see how delicious it really tastes as is!
  • 1 pound fresh wild salmon fillet, skin on
  1. Preheat oven to 450 F
  2. Place salmon skin side up in glass or ceramic baking dish
  3. Cook 15 - 20 minutes until cooked to your preferred level of doneness
  4. Enjoy on a bed of mixed greens with some avocado
