Raw fish, raw veggies, raw avocado...talk about balance and huge nutrient density! Who needs sticky rice and soy sauce when you can enjoy the simplicity of a three-ingredient recipe providing each of the three macro nutrients in perfect balance?
  • 1 pound wild tuna (use other wild, raw fish if wild tuna is not local to you)
  • 1 large, ripe avocado
  • 8 large, organic collard green leaves, washed and carefully dried
  1. Slice tuna into 16 even, thick slices, or 32, if a thinner consistency is preferred
  2. Slice avocado into 16 slices
  3. Place collards on flat work surface
  4. Arrange tuna, followed by avocado, evenly on each of the eight leaves
  5. Roll up and enjoy right away!
