Purple Peppers

Look what I found at Whole Foods:

A Purple Pepper!  I hadn't seen one before, so I HAD to try it!  

Purple peppers are a great source of vitamins C & A.  They are also high in lycopene, lutein and beta-carotene.

Cut 'em up and eat 'em raw, dice them and scatter on top of your salad, cook them on the grill or roast them stuffed with ground bison & your fave fresh herbs for a great, easy meal
