Turmeric- Another Reason to Add a Dash

In addition from providing some nice flavor, turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties!

The next time you're fighting off a cold-bug, or a soft-tissue injury, add some to your dinner, lunch or even your smoothie!  (I tried the latter this morning with my pumpkin smoothie and it was quite tasty!)

Once again, another example of how food provides us with all the nutrients we need- without side effects!
