Today’s Healthy Holiday Tip…

Another one not just for the holidays- start your day off with PROTEIN! Eggs are a great choice, but don't be afraid of other sources that you may not have considered 'breakfast' food- turkey (keep it seasonal, why not?), chicken, lean grass-fed beef or fish are great options!  

Starting the day with protein and some healthy fat & veg helps to keep your metabolism blasting full speed ahead, especially if you keep on top of regular feedings every couple of hours.  

Not only will you experience great, sustained energy levels all day, it will be that much easier to turn down  holiday sweets & treats!
