 Make the time to prepare your healthy foods- and plenty of 'em.  Keep the ktichen and fridge stocked so that you, your kids, your spouse and grandma, too (you get the point) have their choice of healthy, Paleo options at their fingertips.

Got a busy schedule?  Join the club!  That cannot be your excuse for shoveling junk into your (or your kids'!) bodies.  Make the commitment, make it a priority… Good nutrition leads to a healthy body, healthy mind, upon which everything else can blossom.
