Do you grill outdoors every time? Any thoughts on the indoor grills available for purchase?
When I grill, I grill outside. I've never tried the indoor grills; rather, if I'm converting an outdoor grill recipe to an indoor version, I'm far more likely to improvise with the broiler. I've made fantastic Carne Asada, Roasted Bell Peppers and Cedar Plank Salmon, just to name a few examples, inside in the oven set to broil.
One thing I do enjoy with the outdoor grill is using wood chips thrown in with the charcoal; it imparts really nice flavor, texture and depth to whatever it is you're cooking!
