Paleo Frappuccino?

Sort of…

You're not going to find a frapped, whippy milkshake at any coffee shop that is in keeping with the #Paleo Diet.  They'll contain any or all of the following deviants:

soy milk

dairy milk

rice milk

whey protein powder

cane sugar

fake sugar

And those are only the tip of the proverbial iceberg!

Here's a friendly twist that you can make at home that should satisfy that cafe craving.   Granted, it's not going to be sweet, as you're not going to add sugar, but why does it need to be?  (Incidentally, being the coffee snob that I am, I prefer a perfectly brewed espresso with a thick head of crema that is evident in a good pour, black as midnight on a moonless night… but that's just me…)

-Brew some espresso and pour it over ice.  Add some fresh, full-fat coconut milk (NOT canned- guar gum, an additive commonly found in canned coconut milk, is high in saponins), a cinnamon stick and serve.  Alternatively, whiz it all together in a blender and have it 'blended'.

Cheers!

*In keeping with the #Paleo Diet, occasional black coffee is fine, FYI
