PALEO Homemade Sorbet- And You DON’T Need To Add Sugar!

I had to implement my newest Kitchen Toy over the weekend- the ‘ice cream’ maker attachment for my Kitchen Aid Mixer!

Granted, most sorbet recipes tell you that you need simple syrup or cane sugar…and it’s just not true.

I made peach sorbet with nothing but.. peaches!

-Freeze the ice cream bowl as per the instructions.

-Cut fresh peach (or whatever is fresh, local and organic) then puree in the blender.

-Add puree to running ice cream maker attachment (I let mine process for about 10 minutes):


-Remove from bowl and place in freezer safe container.

-Serve with a garnish of a fresh peach slice:
