Sashimi At Home

It's easy!  If you buy sushi grade fish (I chose Ahi today) from the fish monger, and plan to eat it as sashimi, there is little to no prep required.  Of course,  you can jazz it up with your fave Asian herbs & spices (but be sure to read labels and avoid items containing SOY and RICE).

I did a simple prep of a drizzle of olive oil, a dash of black sesame seed (ok eaten in moderation), a carrot curl and an avocado slice, finished off with chives.
