Oh, You Devil!

Here's a fun, light hearted take on deviled eggs;

instead of using store bought (and vinegar-laden) mayo, use coconut oil instead in this old-time recipe.

Hard boil some eggs, cut 'em in half and scoop out the yolks. Mash the yolks with some coconut oil and a pinch of salt (we endurance athletes need a little salt!) and scoop the mixture back into the whites.

A delish and easy snack to have which is a great source of protein and healthy fat.
